Eating well and cooking as part of a Holistic Health plan doesn't mean you have to sacrifice taste, quality and enjoyment!  Here are some of my favorite recipes for you, your family and your lifestyle!

Homemade Smoothie Bowls

My daughter is OBSESSED with smoothie bowls! And since buying them out everyday is not an option I needed to come up with a recipe of my own! In this one I blended 2 frozen bananas chopped, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup almond milk and a tablespoon of almond butter. Have fun with toppings, fresh fruit, granola, chocolate chips, chia seeds....they won’t even realize its good for them:)
